SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY
Carolina Cotton Company stands behind our products 100%. Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as you receive it to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 14-day money back guarantee. The 14 days starts the day we ship your order. All returns must be received back to us within 14 days or we must be notified within these 14 days if there are any other issues. We will be unable to issue any type of refund or send out any replacements after the 14-day guarantee has expired.

Carolina Cotton Company will refund for the shipping fee associated with authorized domestic returns made within our 14-day guarantee period (within USA). Return an unaltered item within 14 days, in re-sale condition (unwashed / uncut / odorless) and we will refund the full purchase price of the item minus $.30 for PayPal fees.

Please contact us first to ensure that your return has been authorized. Please note that the ORIGINAL shipping charge will be refunded instead of us actually paying for the RETURN shipping. In other words, we each pay for ONE way shipping. We will NOT pay both original shipping and return shipping. For international return questions, please contact us. International return shipping is non-refundable. On the rare occasion that we miss a flaw, leave out an item, or send something different from what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately (or issue a refund if the pattern is no longer available).

If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, simply changed your mind, or made a mistake on your end, we WILL NOT refund any shipping, nor will we pay for return shipping. If you request to cancel your order before it ships and you pay with PayPal you will be refunded the entire amount minus $0.30. PayPal does not refund this fee back to us. All returns will be processed as soon as the package has been received and inspected by Carolina Cotton Company. Any credit due will be applied back to your PayPal account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been completed and processed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We prepare orders and ship them out VERY quickly! As soon as you pay your invoice, we will prepare your package for shipment. If you pay Monday through Friday before 2PM eastern time, the package will go out that SAME DAY. If you pay after 2PM, it will go out the very next day. Orders placed on the weekends will ship out on Monday. US First Class Mail usually takes up to 5-7 business days to arrive, while US Priority Mail usually takes about 2-4 business days to arrive.

However, First Class & Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed. Sometimes due to weather or other unforeseen issues, packages take longer than the estimated time to arrive. Therefore, if you need your order by a certain date, please make sure you allow plenty of time for it to get to you. :) All customers receive a shipping confirmation number and tracking information once items are shipped. Shipping prices are based upon weight, location, and dollar amount spent. Please use information below to see approximate charges for First Class Mail and Priority Mail shipping. (I have some images of shipping tables that I would put here.)

DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS
Carolina Cotton Company ships all orders to the address provided in your order details. Please be sure that the address you provided is correct. If you would like your order to be shipped to another address please leave us a note at checkout. Carolina Cotton Company is not responsible for any missing or lost packages. Once the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the address given by the customer, we are no longer responsible for the package.

We have absolutely zero control over the procedures of the post office and the conduct of their employees. Thus, we are not liable for their mistakes and their mistakes are not a reflection of our company. If you failed to purchase insurance and the post office damaged or lost your package, it is NOT the fault of our shop. Packages with a value over $200 will have signature confirmation and must be signed for upon arrival. Cost of $2.35 (when shipped to the US) will be added to the above shipping charges if your order is over $200. Insurance will also be added on packages over $200 or at our discretion.

PAYMENT FORMS PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, eChecks Carolina Cotton Company Gift Certificates North Carolina Residents will be charged 6.75% for sales tax. This amount will be added to your total and shipping costs at checkout. Carolina Cotton Company reserves the right without prior notice to change any specifications or prices on products offered. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES
A word about customs and fees: Individual countries randomly impose these fees at any given time. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase. Please do not ask us to change the value or mark as "gift". It's against the law and violators will be prosecuted. "Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading export information through the Shippers Export Declaration (SED) (or any successor document) shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both." Source: U.S. Code: Title 13 : Section 305." PRICES Prices are not negotiable. We strive to keep prices low for everyone. These fabrics typically retail for around $10- $17 a yard, so everything is already at a discount! We do not offer discount codes and we do not sell this fabric wholesale.

DISCLAIMER OF PHOTOS
Please consider monitor differences when viewing pictures and colors and feel free to ask us any questions to help clarify. We would be more than happy to LOOK at the fabric choices you are considering and tell you how they blend in person. We may be able to send you a small swatch if you plan to make a purchase with us. We will also take more pictures for you! We do it ALL the time! :) Colors and photo size may vary based upon screen resolution and other computer settings outside of Carolina Cotton Company’s control.

The photo may differ from the actual product due to reproduction limitations of the photograph and limitations of viewing photos at different resolutions, hue, brightness, contrast, and other screen variations. Due to these limitations, photos may not provide a perfect match to the actual product received. OTHER You are important to us!
